Our client is looking for a Financial Mis-Selling Solicitor to join their growing litigation team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor with experience in     commercial litigation to play a key role in a developing department.

The Candidate:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (0 - 2 years PQE) 
  • 3 years Experience in Financial Mis-selling, Group Claims or Consumer           Litigation
  • Experience supervising or mentoring paralegals, with the confidence to provide technical guidance

Housing Disrepair Solicitor
Location: Manchester
Salary: Negotiable DOE

The Candidate:

  • 3+ PQE Solicitor
  • Demonstrable experience handling Housing Disrepair claim [3+ years]
  • Strong litigation and case management skills
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation abilities
  • A thorough understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant housing legislation

FMS Senior Paralegal
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Their teams specialises in consumer litigation and financial disputes, helping clients pursue claims relating to financial products and instances of mis-selling.

The Candidate:

  • A minimum 3 years FMS   experience as a Litigation Paralegal
  • Strong background in financial mis-selling/commercial litigation areas.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior paralegals, with the confidence to provide technical guidance
